Argumentative Essay: An argumentative essay should explain the issue being argued, explain why their view is correct, and should then refute the other side of the argument. Make sure that your argumentative statements are backed by sources.
Ex. If you're arguing that Gala apples are better than red delicious apples, you must explain the apple issue, give the reader reasons why the apple you choose is better, and then refute the idea that the other type of apple is better.
