College Art Association -- the preeminent international leadership organization in the visual arts, promoting such arts and their understanding through advocacy, intellectual engagement, and a commitment to the diversity of practices and practitioners.
National Art Education Association -- founded in 1947 and is the world’s largest professional art education association with over 20,000 active members focusing on visual arts educators. The NAEA defines the visual arts as traditional fine arts like drawing, painting and photography as well as more modern arts like graphic design and animation. It also includes landscape design, interior design, environmental design, ceramics, jewelry, paper craft and a number of other types of art.
National Society of Artists (NSA) - designed to meet the needs of artists who work in all media, rather than just one. It is a unifying force between artists of different media, styles, techniques, and outlooks. Through workshops, exhibitions, and competitions, NSA serves the professional and beginning artist, as well as the collector and anyone who enjoys seeing fine art.
